4.售后服务（after-sale service）：收货时，请先验货后签单，物品如有损坏，请不要签收。对商品未进行使用，未破坏原包装且不影响厂家二次销售的情况下，可联系客服给予退换货，若非质量问题退货，买家需承担来回物流费用。
